Every successful turnaround has someone behind the scenes making sure everything shows up exactly where it needs to be before anyone asks for it. If you've been the person everyone calls because the crane isn't there, the trailers need moved, parking is a mess, or the vacuum trucks aren't where they're supposed to be, you already know this job isn't about paperwork. It's about keeping an entire refinery turnaround moving. What you'll be doing Build and manage the temporary turnaround site layout for contractor trailers, laydown yards, fabrication areas, lunchrooms, and staging locations. Coordinate mobilization and demobilization of cranes, aerial lifts, generators, and other critical equipment. Serve as the point of contact for logistics vendors supporting security, parking, transportation, fuel, and workforce movement. Keep temporary facilities operating by solving day-to-day site issues before they impact the schedule. Coordinate waste removal, hydro-blasting support, vacuum trucks, portable sanitation, and other critical turnaround services. Partner closely with the Turnaround Scheduler to ensure logistics stay aligned with the execution schedule. What you get This is a long-term assignment supporting one of the Midwest's major refinery turnarounds, not just a shutdown sprint.
