What You'll Do as a
Service Manager:
Provide technical troubleshooting and support for customers and field service personnelCoordinate service schedules, repair activities, and customer communicationsProcess warranty claims and monitor repair progress through completionConduct technical, operational, and maintenance training for customers, dealers, and service techniciansCollaborate with engineering, operations, sales, and product support teams to resolve issues and improve productsInterpret technical manuals, hydraulic schematics, and service documentation to support repairsMaintain service records, training documents, and repair procedures while leading service performance discussions What You Need to Bring to the
Service Manager Role:
Associate degree in a technical field, industry certification, or equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum of 5 years of experience with hydraulic systems, mobile equipment, heavy equipment, machinery attachments, or related industriesStrong mechanical aptitude and advanced troubleshooting skillsAbility to read and interpret hydraulic and electrical schematicsStrong customer service, communication, presentation, and training abilitiesAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and work in office, shop, and outdoor job site environmentsValid ability to travel to customer locations, training events, and service sites as neededProficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applicationsReady to Apply?
