What You'll Be Doing:
Distribution & Fulfillment Pick and pack e-commerce orders accurately Print packing slips and prepare packages for shipment Select shipping methods and hand off to carriers Keep distribution and inventory areas clean, stocked, and organized Assist with finished goods organization and inventory counts Coordinate with the Operations team on finished product availability to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment Customer Experience Answer customer questions via phone, email, or social media Take orders and resolve product or order issues Embody our
