$24/hr. Job Summary We are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator/ Logistics Coordinator to support domestic transportation, distribution, warehouse coordination, and order fulfillment activities. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating shipments, working with carriers and 3PL warehouses, and using SAP or another ERP system. Key Responsibilities Coordinate domestic shipments, deliveries, and order fulfillment. Process shipments and logistics transactions using SAP/ERP . Coordinate with carriers, warehouses, 3PLs, and internal teams. Track shipments and proactively resolve delivery delays or issues. Prepare shipping and customer documentation. Support warehouse activities including inventory/cycle counts. Handle transportation issues, carrier escalations, claims, and invoice discrepancies. Monitor logistics KPIs, transportation costs, and service performance. Follow SOPs and support logistics process improvements. Communicate effectively with Customer Service, Planning, Warehousing, and Logistics teams. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field OR 3-5 years of equivalent logistics experience . Experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or distribution . SAP or similar ERP experience required. Knowledge of

WMS, 3PL

operations, domestic shipping, and carrier coordination . Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint . Manufacturing, OTC, customs, claims, or Incoterms experience is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
