Job Description

Join a leading manufacturer of drive technology as a Logistics Coordinator! In this role, you'll help ensure products are shipped accurately and on time while supporting inventory management and daily shipping operations. If you have experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse coordination and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Pay:
$23.96 per hour
Hours:
2nd Shift | Monday-Thursday | 3:00 PM-1:30
AM Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily shipping activities and load outbound truck shipments Manage expedited shipping requests to meet customer deadlines Process shipments using the SAP Shipping System Pick and prepare orders for shipment while ensuring accuracy Generate packing slips, bills of lading, shipping labels, and other shipping documentation Monitor daily shipping reports and maintain accurate records Assist with inventory control and support warehouse operations as needed Work closely with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to ensure efficient order fulfillment Follow safety procedures and maintain an organized work area Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in shipping, logistics, warehouse, or inventory coordination Experience using SAP or another ERP/shipping system preferred Strong computer skills and ability to generate shipping reports Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills Forklift experience (sit-down and stand-up) preferred Ability to lift up to 50 pounds #indMMIS
