Help lead growth in our vital Supply Chain area. We are a manufacturer and leader in our industrial equipment sector internationally, we are growing our business with new products and markets, and it's a great time to join our company. We need to fill a key supply chain assistant position to work with our vendors and internal team to plan and source key components, materials and supplies. Overall Responsibility:
This position would work closely with our Supply Chain lead and Operations Director to assure timely availability of materials and components, as well as good control of inventory levels.
Job duties would include:
  • Work to maintain proper inventory through maintaining the perpetual inventory, preparing re-order report analysis, and recommending appropriate action.
  • Update part-family inventory and in-process information
  • Create work orders for floor production.
  • Help determine raw material needs for production.
  • Work in our inventory management system to plan and execute manufacturing orders.
  • Monitor, recommend and execute Purchase orders for Component Parts, especially long-lead items, especially engineered components
  • Purchase other items through our PO process.
  • Contribute to weekly production meeting.
  • Work with key vendors to assure prompt and efficient supply.
  • Maintain safe work environment, operate on internet in a safe fashion.
  • Assist supply chain and management teams as requested.
