Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking to add a Hybrid Billing/Office Manager and Dispatch Liason to our management team. This individual would have a dual role in all aspects of a well established trucking company with part of the job focusing on billing and basic accounting functions, while the also integrating with dispatch and operations.
  • Key responsiblities would be:
  • Customer billing and order input
  • Payroll
  • Accounts Receivable and Payable
  • EDI integration
  • Cross over training with dispatching Ideal candidate would have at minimum basic knowledge of accounting functions including journal entry and Excel familiarity as well as strong computer skills.
Transportation and/or dispatch background essential. This is a first shift, Mon-Fri full time position. Full benefits including vacation, holiday, health, dental, life insurance, 401K match. We are a small office staff so you will touch many tasks related to running a trucking company. Casual work environment with some of the best drivers and customers in the industry.
