NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

Education :

Must be at least a High-School graduate.

Other Qualifications:

a) Strong knowledge of SAP Systems(e.g, SAP

ERP, SAP HANA

) and databases. b) Experience with troubleshooting and system optimization. c) Good communication skills for user support and team collaboration. d) Must be able to carry out the organization successfully and fluently e) Should be able to evaluate the workflow as a whole and establish coordination and balance between various functions. f) Must be able to work systematically and programmatically.

KEY ACTIVITIES

Monitoring SAP system performance and proactively troubleshooting issues to ensure optimal stability, security, and continuous operational excellence. Installation, configuration, maintenance, and update implementation for SAP systems. Providing technical support to users by resolving system issues and optimizing performance. Conducting regular inventory stock counts and reconciling discrepancies to ensure high accuracy and integrity of inventory records.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Checking whether the number of the relevant shift is correct from the UVT interface.

2 Control of Work Orders in process. 3 Extrusion Bill of Materials controls and revision implementation in any case. 4 Taking the grinded rolls to the fluff inventory. 5 Making roll transfer controls from rolls warehouse to thermoforming warehouse and from thermoforming warehouse 6 Checking barcodes and labels not scanned in logistics department to help to catch the correct quantity. 7 Elimination of errors encountered during barcode receiving. 8 Controlling the work orders at the end of production. Checking whether there are more barcodes. Spending 9 The rolls that still appear in the inventory digitally even though they have been spent from production. Control of Raw Materials, Agglomeres, Fluffs and additives expenditures in extrusion. 11 Controls of Raw Materials, Agglomeres, Fluffs and additives stocks in the warehouses.
