Responsibilities:

IT Asset management to support the following:

IDF / MDF

scanning, tagging, and logging in device serial numbers and MAC addresses. Record MAC address and device names of all HW endpoints (tag and logging data). POS and RFID tagging, logging, and mapping into SNOW.

Skills:

Experience with Logic Monitor-importing and exporting assets. Proficient in Cisco and Aruba Networking-Core route and switch (Cisco) and Wireless (Aruba). Ability to provide Asset Management training and onboard for admin staff and ServiceNow ticketing agents. SNOW experience with ITSM Module for ingestion of IT assets. Knowledge transfer of business processes. Experience with Logic Monitor is a big plus. If hired, you will enjoy the following
