Job Summary Owns the end to end Transport process family for North America. Responsible for designing, standardizing, testing, deploying, and governing routing, loading, dispatch, sequencing, and last mile transport processes. This role integrates RPO-SD responsibilities specific to Service Delivery-translated into the transport domain.
Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

Process Design & Governance Define end?to?end transport process standards (routing, dispatch, loading, return flows). Develop SOPs, workflows, KPIs, audit controls, and standard work documents. Maintain the transport process architecture and ensure alignment with GPS. Conduct structured process testing and validation before deployment. 2. Digital Tools & Automation Define requirements for routing engines, telematics, mobile devices, and loading tools. Support technology pilots and evaluate performance vs. expected benefits. Work with BI teams to deploy dashboards and analytics for route performance. 3. Training & Knowledge Transfer Develop training materials for routing, dispatch, and loading processes. Conduct train?the?trainer and site?level coaching sessions. Maintain transport process documentation in the centralized knowledge repository. 4. Performance Optimization & Audits Perform route diagnostics, error analysis, and productivity reviews. Conduct regular transport audits and gap assessments. Implement corrective action plans with hubs and transport leaders. 5. Equipment/Tools Governance Define and maintain specifications for transport equipment and digital tools. Ensure HSSE&Q compliance and operational suitability.
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field. Lean/6-Sigma certification preferred.
Work Experience:
At least 3 years in operations, supply chain, inventory, or internal logistics. Understanding of material flow, receiving, inventory control, or warehouse operations. Experience writing SOPs, process flows, or technical instructions.
Language and Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate complex operational information clearly to senior leadership. Demonstrated ability to influence, facilitate, and build alignment across global, regional, and local stakeholders. Strong presentation, training, coaching, and workshop-facilitation skills. Ability to listen effectively, challenge constructively, and build trusted cross-functional relationships.
