•$59.00/hour Make an Impact on the Future of Flight As a Technical Integration Specialist , you'll help ensure the success of critical flight test operations by managing and maintaining thousands of test assets, supporting engineering teams, and ensuring compliance with operational and regulatory requirements. In this role, you'll serve as a key link between engineering, operations, and asset management functions, helping to streamline processes, maintain accurate records, and support the systems that enable aircraft testing and development. Your work will directly contribute to the efficiency, accuracy, and success of aviation programs shaping the future of aerospace. What You'll Do Flight Test Asset Management Manage and track more than 11,000 flight test assets and equipment. Store, organize, and maintain inventory of engineering and testing equipment. Support asset lifecycle management, including refurbishment, relocation, and disposition of obsolete or damaged equipment. Ensure equipment records remain accurate and up to date. Technical Operations Support Pick up DAR media from aircraft and deliver to the appropriate data logging stations (TDRS). Support Flight Test operations in Seattle and Everett locations. Coordinate equipment movement and restocking activities during refurbishment and testing cycles. Assist in maintaining operational readiness of test assets and equipment. Process, Compliance & Documentation Develop, document, and support engineering processes, tools, and standards. Assist with configuration management activities and change coordination. Ensure compliance with engineering requirements, company standards, and regulatory guidelines. Support system interoperability, user access validation, and engineering documentation management. Data & Performance Management Perform database and record management functions. Collect, analyze, validate, and maintain operational and engineering data. Generate reports, documentation, and performance metrics to support business objectives. Provide support and consultation regarding engineering tools and processes. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with engineering, operations, and logistics teams to support organizational goals. Assist in implementing product standards across programs and business units. Deliver exceptional customer service by responding effectively to internal stakeholder needs and requirements. Required Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor's degree and typically 6+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Required Skills Experience with data entry and database management. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Willingness and ability to work overtime as needed. Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 35 pounds. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting test asset management or metrology operations.
Technical or Technology degree in:
Mathematics Science Engineering Metrology Knowledge of calibrated Measurement & Test Equipment (M&TE) used in engineering, production, or testing environments. Experience with inventory management systems and processes. Project management experience. Understanding of export control and dangerous goods shipping requirements. Pay Details:
