Roles and Responsibilities:

Work as a member of the HBS engineering team that provides consultative and proactive project management support to HBS's account base. Obtain knowledge on a variety of technologies and platforms as directed by your leader and customer demand. Provide sales consultants and fellow Engineers with network installation assistance, review, validation, and optimization of systems and protocols. Contribute to, when possible, product selection and research, configuration standards and best practices, and educate our sales teams on these products and services so that they can sell them. Cross-Education/Mentoring of other Heartland Interns, Engineers, and related personnel. Contribute towards HBS' full-time engineers charge hour goal of 1,450 charge hours or more per year during internship with HBS.
