Job Description

SAIC is seeking a Logistics Analyst in support of the
JSIL TECH
Center program in Huntsville, AL. The Logistics Analyst will be responsible for but not limited to the following duties: Performs system fault analysis, life cycle maintenance and integrated product support (IPS) of major systems. Controls the efficient flow of goods, services and information between points of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements. Plan, schedule and manage the efficient movement of material from receiving or the warehouse to production. Develops raw material requirements, scheduling requirements from engineering specifications, production schedules, and plans and manages material movement with purchasing, warehouse, and production. Ensures the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistic processes. Logistics functions encompass maintenance, supply, transportation and logistics plans.
Required Education:
Bachelor's degree and three (3) years' experience; additional four (4) years' experience can be considered in lieu of degree.
Required Clearance:
Must possess an active Secret security clearance with the ability to maintain; US Citizenship required.
Required Skills:
Frequent use and application of industry practices, techniques, and standards. General application of concepts and principles. Receives assignments in the form of objectives and establishes goals to meet outlined objectives.
