Hybrid / Office & WFH About the Role We are seeking a Cost & Inventory Analyst - CapEx to support capital projects through cost accounting, financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and project closeout activities. Key Responsibilities Track and report financial performance of capital projects. Maintain project-level accounts and monitor actuals, commitments, budgets, and forecasts. Perform cost variance analysis and reconciliations. Support month-end close and CapEx accounting activities. Prepare monthly financial reports, forecasts, and management presentations. Assist with project closeouts and final invoice reconciliation. Support capital investment proposals, ROI, IRR, payback, and other financial analysis. Ensure expenditures are accurately recorded in SAP/ERP systems. Support budgeting, financial controls, and accounting policies. Partner with Project Managers and cross-functional teams on capital projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field. 3-5 years of experience tracking and reporting large capital projects preferred. Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. SAP or other large ERP experience preferred. Knowledge of accounting standards. CPA or CMA preferred. Industrial experience in metals, mining, marine, paper, cement, power generation, or similar environments preferred.
