This role will partner closely with internal teams and external warehouse partners to maintain reliable inventory records, support production activity, and help ensure efficient day-to-day operations. Responsibilities Manage and reconcile inventory activity across 3PL and warehouse locations. Monitor inventory transactions, adjustments, transfers, and cycle counts to maintain data accuracy. Support production-related inventory processes, including work orders, assembly builds, and bills of materials. Investigate inventory discrepancies and partner with warehouse teams to identify and resolve root causes. Maintain accurate inventory records and reporting within NetSuite. Prepare and analyze inventory reports using Excel or Google Sheets. Collaborate with operations, supply chain, finance, and warehouse partners to improve inventory processes. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory control and operational efficiency. Qualifications Strong experience with inventory control in a 3PL, warehouse, or distribution environment. Hands-on NetSuite experience, including inventory and production transaction management. Knowledge of work orders, assembly builds, bills of materials, and inventory control processes. Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including reporting and data analysis. Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills. Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.
