Job Summary:
- The Senior Supply Chain Analyst provides innovative solutions to the factory floor by leveraging problem-solving techniques, root cause analysis, and corrective actions through the application of Crane Business System (CBS) tools.
Essential Functions:
- + Collaborate with functional leaders to investigate problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Non-Essential Functions
- :•+ Provide guidance and direction to junior analysts and the Buyer/Planner team.
- Minimum Qualifications
- :•+ _Experience_ : 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment and developing dashboards using Power BI + _Knowledge_ : Working knowledge and understanding of operations in an electronics design and manufacturing organization.
- Preferred Qualifications
- :•+ MBA + Strong Lean experience + Familiarity with major business application programs such as Sherpa and/or Oracle + Experience in a leadership or significant role in a major project •Working Conditions•:•+ Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment + Manufacturing operations may require the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to: eye safety glasses, gowning, masks, hearing protectors, heel/wrist straps and any other required PPE + May be exposed to unusual environmental conditions such as loud noises, cold temperatures, confined spaces, dust or fumes + Flexible and willing to work overtime if necessary +
