Job Description:
This position will help implement continuous improvement efforts required to perform all operations and supply chain efforts in an efficient and accurate manner. You will monitor and analyze all data and work with cross functional groups to support master data clean up and SAP roll out for our Santa Ana Yale Street location. You will maintain proper queue management and product flow, conducting audits to verify data integrity throughout the plant and use multiple programming tools to assess this data (Excel, SAP, PowerBI, etc.) What you'll do:- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Perform inventory and supply chain data analysis to support strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions for process improvement and cost optimization.
- Support daily operational activities by providing data insights that enhance accuracy and timeliness in replenishment, cycle counting, and inventory management.
- Participate in materials-related projects as assigned, applying data analytics to optimize inventory, product flow, and resource utilization.

- Limited travel may be required (?10%) This role could be the next step in your career if you demonstrate the following experience:
- Associates degree from an accredited institution OR High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution with a minimum of one (1) year in manufacturing, supply chain role, and/or production experience.
- Minimum of one (1) year SAP or ERP experience in a manufacturing plant. You will set yourself apart by demonstrating some or all of the following:
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, and SAP
- General knowledge of ERP and procurement processes
- Lean Manufacturing experience
- Experience with MS Office, advanced user in MS Excel.
