We are seeking an Demand & Supply Chain Analyst to support demand planning, inventory management, supply chain operations, and data management within a fast-paced medical device environment . This position will work closely with Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Customer Service, Finance, and IT. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of supply chain experience , strong analytical skills, advanced Excel knowledge, and experience working with inventory, planning, and ERP systems. Demand & Supply Chain Analyst Compensation The pay for this position is $37.00/hr Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Demand & Supply Chain Analyst Highlights This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs The required availability for this position Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Demand & Supply Chain Analyst Responsibilities
- Support demand planning, forecasting, forecast accuracy, and demand trend analysis.
- Assist with supply and inventory planning to maintain product availability and continuity of supply.
- Partner with planners and buyers to identify potential shortages, excess inventory, and supply risks.
- Monitor inventory levels, transactions, discrepancies, and reconciliation activities.
- Investigate inventory variances and coordinate resolutions with Operations, Logistics, Finance, Receiving, and Contract Manufacturers.
- Analyze inventory health, excess and obsolete inventory, and overall inventory performance.
- Maintain accurate supply chain master data within ERP, planning, and reporting systems.
- Perform data audits and validation to ensure accurate planning information.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, KPIs, and analytical tools.
- Analyze large data sets to identify trends, risks, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities.
- Support ERP and supply chain system implementation and integration projects.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system validation, defect tracking, data migration, and master data validation .
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI), product lifecycle management, and business integration activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, automation, and data quality.
