We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Manager of Network Optimization & Planning (S&OP CoE) to lead end-to-end supply chain planning, including network design, demand and supply alignment, and continuous optimization of global supply chain and logistics operations. This role is central to driving planning excellence through a data-driven approach, leveraging analytical modeling and scalable processes to enhance efficiency and performance across the network. Operating within the global Center of Excellence (COE), this position collaborates cross-functionally with supply chain, operations, product management, finance, IT, and external logistics partners. The role is responsible for delivering actionable insights, improving decision-making, and enabling sustainable, scalable growth across the organization. This role will start out as an individual contributor but is expected to manage a team of analysts/senior analysts within 1 year of start date.Your role:
Network Analytics & Modeling Develop and apply advanced analytics, optimization models, and simulation tools to improve network design, inventory positioning, and distribution strategies Build and maintain network optimization models (e.g., Llamasoft, JDA, Gurobi, CPLEX) to evaluate scenarios and support strategic decisions Perform sensitivity analysis, and what-if modeling to assess trade-offs across cost, service, and capacity Analyze large datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across the supply chain Translate complex analytical outputs into clear, actionable recommendations for business stakeholders S&OP Lead / Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of globally harmonized S&OP process to ensure alignment of demand, supply, and financial plans Develop and maintain S&OP playbooks, analytical frameworks, and standardized models to enable consistent, data-driven decision-making Support implementation and enhancement of planning systems, including Blue Yonder (BY) and related tools Design and deploy scenario planning, decision-support models to improve planning accuracy and responsiveness Support data governance, data modeling, and integration across planning and execution systems Performance Analytics & Visualization Define, track, and analyze KPIs such as OTIF, cost-to-serve, forecast accuracy, inventory health, and network efficiency etc Develop interactive dashboards and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) to monitor performance and highlight optimization opportunities Conduct root cause analysis on service failures, demand/supply imbalances, and network inefficiencies Automate reporting and analytics workflows to improve speed and scalability of insights Network Optimization & 3PL Performance Analyze and optimize logistics network performance, including DC operations, transportation flows, and 3PL partner effectiveness Evaluate 3PL KPIs and operational performance, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and service improvement Support network design initiatives such as footprint optimization, capacity planning, and flow optimization Cross-Functional Collaboration Lead and influence cross-functional initiatives across supply chain, operations, finance, IT, and data teams to align planning and network strategies with business objectives Drive data-informed decision-making by translating complex analytics into clear insights, facilitating alignment, and resolving trade-offs across stakeholders Act as a key connector across business and technical teams to drive execution, adoption of tools/processes, and delivery of network optimization and planning outcomes Continuous Improvement & Transformation Support continuous improvement initiatives through analytical insights and process enhancements Lead/Assist with rollout and adoption of new tools, models, and playbooks Stay current on emerging technologies, including AI/ML applications in supply chain analytics and planning What you bring to the role: Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or related field 8 -10 years of experience in supply chain, with strong emphasis on Network optimization, logistics analytics, and/or supply chain modeling and S&OP, planning analytics, or COE-driven process improvement Demonstrated experience applying optimization, simulation, and statistical analysis to solve complex supply chain problems and drive measurable business outcomes (cost reduction, service improvement, inventory optimization) Hands-on experience with network modeling and optimization tools (e.g., Llamasoft, Blue Yonder, JDA, Gurobi, CPLEX), including building and interpreting models for decision-making Strong proficiency in data analysis and manipulation, including: Advanced Excel (modeling, scenario analysis) SQL or similar tools for large dataset handling Experience working with structured and unstructured data Experience with planning platforms such as Blue Yonder (BY), including system configuration, enhancement, or user enablement Experience with Power BI/Tableau for dashboarding and executive reporting Strong business acumen with ability to: Translate analytical outputs into actionable business insights and recommendations Evaluate trade-offs across cost, service, and operational constraints Influence cross-functional stakeholders and support decision-making Experience developing or supporting analytical frameworks, process design, and playbooks/SOPs to enable scalable and repeatable planning processes Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects, balancing technical analysis with execution and business alignment Preferred Master's degree or MBA Experience in B2B, high-tech, or distribution environments Exposure to statistical modeling, or machine learning Experience with end-to-end planning systems integration (S&OP, ERP, execution systems)APICS / IBF / CSCMP

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
