The Senior Logistics Systems Analyst serves as a subject matter expert for logistics technology systems, supporting operations, transportation, and supply chain teams. This role focuses on troubleshooting system issues, analyzing data, improving processes, and helping users maximize system capabilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide support and troubleshooting for logistics systems, including TMS, WMS, and ERP platforms. Analyze system and operational data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. Identify process inefficiencies and recommend system or workflow improvements. Partner with Operations, Transportation, Supply Chain, and Technology teams on system enhancements. Support system testing, new feature rollouts, and user training. Create reports, dashboards, and process documentation. Assist with continuous improvement and automation initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. 3-7 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, supply chain systems, or technology support. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience with TMS, WMS, ERP, or logistics platforms. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or project management experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand or sit for extended periods. Ability to work in a distribution center environment with varying temperatures. Ability to safely work around forklifts and other warehouse equipment. #DAYT-1

Pay:

$110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
