- Complete billing verification
- Set invoices up for approval and payment
- Verify carrier rates in TruckMate
- Complete Month End Reports and Accruals
- Support budget and forecasting activities
- Monitor and reconcile Carrier Aging statements Experience
- 2-4 years of work experience required
- 6 months experience of TruckMate required
- 6 months experience with SAP required
- Good organization skills
- Strong skills in written and verbal communication
- Strong sense of teamwork
