Our team in Middlefield is seeking a Material Coordinator to process and handle components, to ensure timely delivery of raw materials to our work cells, and to drive on-time delivery of quality products and systems to our customers.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Safety, People, Quality, Delivery, Value Pull production orders and deliver raw material throughout the facility to work cells for manufacturing Maintain inventory with weekly/monthly cycle counts, daily stockroom documents and transactions Issue material to work orders, complete transactions for shipments, invoicing, and material movement in ERP system Process FAST's daily to return material to suppliers, scrap or move back to productionShipping and Receiving:
Deliver material to ship along with proper paperwork for returns; identify electronic and mechanical assemblies, verify items, count to purchase orders and accurately record and enter data in ERP; pack, weigh, address and seal boxes containing electro-mechanical assemblies and optical components and their sub-assemblies Coordinate with procurement to properly process subcontract work orders to send material out Operate with a safety-first mindsetREQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent; basic math aptitude Computer skills, ability to work in NAV ERP system preferred Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Flexible, responsive and organized Prioritize and work effectively at a variety of demanding tasks and schedules.
