Available for highly qualified candidates About Innovative Technologies Corporation (ITC) Innovative Technologies Corporation (ITC) provides analytical and decision-support expertise to senior U.S. Government customers. Our teams deliver mission-critical insight supporting readiness, force management, and strategic decision-making across the Department of the Air Force. Position Overview ITC is seeking a USAF Logistics Specialist to support the Air Force Readiness Analysis and Decision Support program at Headquarters Air Force (HAF/A33R). This position is a contributing member of a larger multidisciplinary readiness analytics team, providing logistics, maintenance, and sustainment expertise in support of enterprise readiness assessments and senior leader decision-making. The Logistics Specialist will work closely with senior analysts, government action officers, and other functional specialists to assess logistics-related factors affecting Air Force capability, capacity, and readiness. Key Responsibilities Support analysis of Air Force logistics, maintenance, supply, facilities, and infrastructure data impacting readiness and force availability. Assist senior analysts in evaluating capability, capacity, and sustainment risks across Air Force weapon systems and support functions (i.e. Weapon System Prioritization list). Contribute logistics subject matter expertise to readiness assessments, staff packages, and briefings for Air Staff leadership. Conduct focused analyses of logistics-related inputs to readiness models and analytic products. Support operations research-style analyses addressing logistics program execution, force structure impacts, and sustainment considerations. Assist with logistics-related inputs supporting SPPBE activities, Senior Leader Program Review, Senior Leader Operational Review, and the Centralized Asset Management process. Support data calls, short-notice taskers, and recurring reporting requirements related to logistics readiness. Coordinate and integrate logistics inputs with maintenance, supply, personnel, and training domains as part of a holistic readiness team. Required Qualifications and Competencies Ten (10) years of combined experience at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels that includes research/analysis and military service supporting Air Force staff, MAJCOM, or equivalent operational or strategic-level organizations. Two (2) years' experience in analysis of logistics, maintenance, supply, facilities, and infrastructure matters including capabilities, capacities, force structure and POM, acquisition, AF corporate structure, and/or program management Three (3) years of experience of supporting the air staff or an equivalent strategic level staff Five (5) years' experience in Air Force logistics, maintenance or supply. Bachelor's degree or higher in a field related to logistics, maintenance, supply, facilities, infrastructure or ten (10) years of combined experience in logistics, maintenance, supply, logistics and relevant professional certifications. Ability to support analytic activities involving capability, capacity, execution, and readiness risk. Familiarity with Air Force corporate processes, readiness reporting, or resource allocation activities. Ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary analytic team supporting senior leaders. Active Top Secret clearance required. Preferred (Not Required) Prior experience supporting HAF, A3, A33R, readiness, global force management, or sustainment portfolios. Familiarity with Air Force readiness reporting systems or corporate decision forums. Strong written and verbal communication skills suitable for staffing products and briefings.
