What We're Looking For Required Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree OR practical supply chain management experience.
Core Skills:
Solid foundation in supply chain logistics, general accounting concepts, and solid cost-analysis abilities.
Tech Savvy:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort navigating online database systems (MMIS, SharePoint, vendor portals).
Work Ethic:
solid oral and written communication skills, high sense of urgency, sharp attention to detail, and proven ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
Mindset:
An inquisitive, self-motivated nature—eager to ask questions, solve problems, and take full ownership of results.
Preferred Qualifications:

$22 - $26 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5

BachelorsResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do Manage Workflow & Relationships:
Serve as a reliable liaison between internal clinical/operational departments, procurement, and external vendors, ensuring clear communication and exceptional customer service.
Order & Work Queue Management:
Review daily work queues and place critical orders by the end of each day based on requisition priority. Track orders to ensure timely, accurate delivery.
Vendor & Invoice Oversight:
Review and negotiate vendor quotes for labor and parts. Audit invoices for accuracy against negotiated rates and clear them for payment within terms.
Smart Sourcing & Cost Analysis:
Evaluate equipment repair histories and perform cost analyses to decide whether to repair or replace assets. Determine whether to source parts via OEMs or third-party vendors to maximize value.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for workflow automation (e.g., EDI integration) and proactively educate internal teams to prevent sourcing and billing errors.
