Miami, FL Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Qualifications Dashboard development Data visualization software proficiency Tableau Bachelor's degree Productivity software Data analysis software Full Job Description Main Purpose of the role: The Logistics Analyst is responsible for optimizing equipment availability and utilization across the CCA region through effective stock management, data analysis, cost control, reporting, and operational support. The role ensures equipment is positioned efficiently to meet business needs while minimizing logistics costs, improving operational performance, supporting process improvements, and providing actionable insights that drive informed decision-making and operational excellence.
Main Tasks:
Lead container equipment stock management across all CCA countries, ensuring optimal inventory levels through proactive repositioning and evacuation strategies. Drive the identification and resolution of stock imbalances, manage idle equipment reduction initiatives, optimize equipment utilization and storage costs, and oversee off-hire, sale, lost/stolen, and scale-in/scale-out activities to maximize operational efficiency and asset availability. Analyze logistics and equipment KPIs; track empty dwell, storage costs, evacuation performance, equipment efficiency, and

performance; prepare management reports; develop dashboards and reporting tools. Work directly with agencies and district offices to resolve stock discrepancies, review movement registration compliance, support EDI/system issues, monitor evacuation plans, and coordinate equipment deployment strategies. Analyze logistics expenses, transportation and handling costs; maintain cost databases and tariff information; identify cost reduction and cost avoidance opportunities; monitor vendor performance. Identify operational inefficiencies; recommend and implement process improvements; support automation initiatives; review system integrity and operational compliance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree. 3+ years' experience in logistics positions or equivalent is highly preferred. Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Level - Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Tableau Strong analytical skills. Proficiency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.
