Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Materials & Planning Analyst for one of our largest clients in the Kendall area. You will be supporting manufacturing operations by ensuring the right materials are available at the right time. This role is responsible for planning production schedules, managing inventory levels, and coordinating material flow to keep production running efficiently and on schedule. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain production and material plans based on customer forecasts and manufacturing requirements. Monitor inventory levels and ensure materials are available to support production demands. Use ERP/MRP systems to plan, track, and optimize material and production schedules. Coordinate with manufacturing, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods. Support inventory control efforts and identify opportunities to improve planning processes. Help ensure products are built and shipped according to customer and business needs. Qualifications Experience in materials planning, production planning, inventory control, or supply chain operations. Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business software applications. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Pay Details:
