Plant City, FL:
Manage Channel Planning vehicle parts supply for Southeast US warehouses and Service centers. Develop min/max auto- replenishment stocking strategies to achieve Service Level targets. Develop or perform analytics to understand field ordering behaviors and demand variability trends. Support the development of simulations to predict future demand and prevent stockouts. Lead the development of Initial Stock Orders for new Service Center openings. Full time employment, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, $91,600.00 per year.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field, and 2 years of work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Masters degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field and 1 year of work experience. Experience may be gained as part of the required education, including co-op and/or internship experience. Must have 1 year of experience with each of the following: Supply chain role or managing inventory; Utilizing SQL and data visualization programs, including: Tableau; Programming languages, including: Python or R; Statistical modeling and data analysis using Python or Microsoft Excel; and Building forecasting models, linear regression, or probability distribution models. Requires domestic travel up to 15% to visit Tesla distribution centers and service centers to collaborate with cross- functional teams and have a closer experience to Tesla Customers needs.
