Duties/Responsibilities:
Put demand into rolling plan system on time and accurately Daily follow up factory production and shipping status Responsible for incoming plan and production plan Lead to summarize monthly 13+9 forecast Responsible for abnormal and overstocks materials control
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field 1-2 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning, production scheduling, or demand/supply management (more for senior positions). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of influencing stakeholders across functions. Advanced MS Excel proficiency; knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive. Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and continuous improvement mindset. Proficiency in English (written and spoken). Additional language skills are advantageous.
