Your potential is our inspiration. Where You'll Make a Difference Interpret MRP signals in QAD while considering process parameters, hygiene, allergen, Kosher, NOP, and quality requirements. Develop and optimize detailed production schedules in collaboration with manufacturing, aligning capacity, changeovers, and required cleaning activities. Coordinate production planning with maintenance planning to ensure asset availability and minimize downtime. Validate raw material and packaging availability against the production schedule to ensure plan feasibility. Monitor sales forecasts and order intake, adjusting production plans and communicating changes to Customer Service and cross-functional stakeholders. Track material shortages and proactively adjust production plans while proposing mitigation actions. Identify, escalate, and support resolution of inventory, raw material supply, customer order, and quality-related issues. Lead the production planning meeting to ensure alignment, transparency, and agreement across all relevant stakeholders. What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience (5+ years) in production or supply planning. Solid understanding of supply planning principles, MRP, and inventory management. Hands-on experience working with ERP systems (QAD preferred). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and with global teams. Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Willingness to work in a hands-on, fast-paced manufacturing environment. How You Would Stand Out Previous experience in food manufacturing or environments with strict quality and hygiene standards. Experience working in startup or greenfield manufacturing operations. Exposure to third-party warehouse (3PL) coordination and materials staging. Why Choose Us?
