$/30hr - $32/hr Position Summary We are seeking two Logistics Analysts to join our team, supporting two shifts from 6 AM to 10 PM. The successful candidates will play a key role in optimizing product workflows by analyzing, developing, and coordinating logistics plans that influence production, distribution, and inventory management. This position involves creating and reviewing procedures to enhance operational efficiency, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce costs. Candidates should be comfortable working under guidance within established procedures and reporting to a supervisor or manager. Key Responsibilities Analyze and coordinate logistics activities affecting product flow, including production, distribution, and inventory processes. Develop and implement logistics plans to improve operational workflows. Create and review procedures related to distribution and inventory management to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Support the organization's goals of maximizing customer satisfaction while minimizing operational costs. Follow instructions and adhere to pre-established guidelines in daily tasks. Work under immediate supervision, reporting to a supervisor or manager. Required Qualifications An associate's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field. 4 to 6 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or a related area. Knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures within logistics and inventory management. Ability to analyze and coordinate logistical plans effectively. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with developing and reviewing procedures to enhance operational workflows. Familiarity with structured enterprise problem-solving methodologies or internal governance frameworks.
