at ipmedia holdings, inc. in Buffalo Grove, Illinois, United States Job Description The Logistics Analyst is responsible for analyzing and coordinating logistics, operational, and cost data related to the company's manufacturing and order-fulfillment activities. The position evaluates inventory flow, production support costs, vendor coordination, and operational efficiency to support timely delivery of manufactured products. The role prepares analytical reports, supports budgeting and forecasting related to logistics operations, and assists management in improving operational planning and cost control.

Duties include:

Analyze logistics and operational data related to manufacturing, inventory flow, and order fulfillment; Evaluate costs associated with production support, materials handling, storage, and distribution activities; Prepare and maintain analytical reports on logistics performance, inventory levels, and operational efficiency; Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis related to logistics and operational activities; Coordinate with production, procurement, and operations teams to ensure efficient workflow and timely order completion; Monitor inventory usage and assist in identifying inefficiencies, delays, or cost variances Maintain documentation and records related to logistics operations, inventory tracking, and internal controls; Provide analytical support to management for operational planning and decision-making.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

: High school/GED and 2 years of experience in logistics analysis, operations analysis, financial analysis, accounting, or related analytical roles.
