About the Role As an Inventory Replenishment Analyst at Atlas Tube Zekelman Industries , you will support the implementation and execution of Automated Inventory Management (AIM) programs across the Electrical and Pipe divisions. This role plays a critical part in delivering a differentiated value proposition by ensuring inventory availability, optimizing replenishment strategies, and supporting customer and sales growth initiatives. You will work closely with Customers, Sales Representatives, and Information Technology teams to onboard new AIM customers, manage program performance, and resolve system or data-related issues. This is a full-time, onsite role located in Chicago, IL. This role is ideal for an analytical, customer-focused professional who enjoys collaborating across teams, working with data-driven inventory systems, and supporting scalable supply chain solutions. What You'll Do Lead and promote healthy and safe work practices in compliance with regulatory agencies and Company policy. Proactively manage forecast changes by identifying root causes for variances, recommending adjustments, and implementing solutions. Monitor inventory performance to identify stockouts, slow-moving items, and surplus inventory, and take corrective actions. Facilitate business- or customer-requested changes to ensure the integrity of the AIM program. Oversee daily AIM processes, lead internal training efforts, and support the phased execution of AIM initiatives. Establish and document standard processes to assess and communicate the overall health of AIM programs. Perform replenishment functions using customer inventory data to support demand planning. Establish and execute AIM performance reporting and analytics. Develop routine reporting for customers and sales teams on AIM program performance. Manage data inputs and outputs that drive the AIM planning and replenishment process. Serve as the primary liaison between business teams and IT for AIM-related issues and enhancements. Collaborate with Sales and Inside Sales teams to ensure AIM products and services are prioritized appropriately within customer order books. Perform other duties as assigned. Who You Are Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. Some experience in supply chain, inventory management, or demand planning environments. Working knowledge of SAP or similar enterprise resource planning systems. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Demonstrated customer service orientation with strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to maintain regular, full-time, predictable onsite attendance. This is a good-faith estimate, and offers will be determined based on experience, education, skill set, and interview performance.
Salary Range:
