Job Summary Coordinate material flow, inventory, production schedules, and part availability across factory departments to support uninterrupted production. Key Responsibilities Coordinate material procurement, expediting, production, delivery, and availability across departments. Monitor inventory, replenishment cycles, shortages, and critical parts; expedite materials to prevent production delays. Create and distribute daily production schedules and process inbound/outbound material transactions. Track KPIs including delivery, backlog, aged orders, productivity, quality, safety, and service performance. Support recovery plans, cross-functional activities, audits, training, process improvements, and department procedures. Required Skills & Qualifications 2+ years of experience in material planning, inventory control, production coordination, or supply chain operations. Strong problem-solving, root cause analysis, communication, and follow-up skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across departments. Ability to track and analyze KPIs, inventory, delivery, and production data. Desired Skills Experience with manufacturing operations, material replenishment, production scheduling, inventory systems, or continuous improvement.
