full-time Our client, a leader in food & beverage distribution, is seeking an Order & Inventory Analyst to join their team. This role will be onsite 4x per week in Rosemont, IL.
•This is a 6-month W2 contract role with benefits!
• As an Order & Inventory Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting order entry, inventory tracking, and data analysis to support supply chain operations . Ideal candidates thrive in a dynamic environment, excels at using data to drive process improvements, and enjoys collaborating to ensure our inventory and order processes run smoothly. What You'll Be Doing Enter forecasted orders, purchase orders, and adjustments accurately and on-time Track & trace inbound orders to ensure timely delivery and receipt of trucks , collaborating with Operations to maintain accurate inventory records Verify supplier order confirmations & delivery dates , analyzing & resolving discrepancies in inventory and sales data Track appointment follow-ups, write reports, and maintain accurate variance reports Determine pallet weights and truck capacity for shipments Update all anomalies, item numbers, SKUs, etc. and assist with troubleshooting supplier portals to resolve system challenges Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, and/or Order & Inventory Analysis Bachelor's degree in related field Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and XLOOKUPs, and pivot tables Experience with planning systems such as Blue Yonder, SAP, or similar Strong organizational & analytical skills in managing large volumes of inventory and SKUs Desired Skills & Experience Prior experience in the food, beverage, or beer industry a plus!
