Your role at Baxter The Specialist, Projects & Financials 3PL will support day-to-day activities and work on high-visibility financial reporting & initiatives in alignment with the business strategy and long-term goals. Analyzes forecasts vs spend, distribution & inventory management outcomes, ad hoc cost analysis, and/or a variety of other business and technical problems to formulate and develop new or modified solutions to business issues affecting the 3PL operations. What you'll be doing Provide financial support for logistics operations, including annual operating plan (AOP), forecasting cycles (F1/F2/F3), and budget management for 3PL partners and suppliers. Analyze inventory trends, validate invoices, and monitor warehouse spending and inventory adjustments to ensure financial accuracy. Lead shrinkage reviews, validation activities, and Management Improvement Plan (MIP) oversight to support operational and financial performance. Prepare and deliver logistics financial reporting, including inventory reconciliations, MIP reporting, and key performance metrics. Ensure compliance with SOX, PwC audit requirements, and supply chain control assessments. Manage and reconcile inventory records across 3PL and 4PL partners, identifying discrepancies and driving corrective actions. Oversee logistics-related transaction processing, including supplier charge estimates, cycle counts, discards, returns support, and purchase order payments through Coupa. Develop analytical tools and reporting solutions to measure business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support data-driven decision making. Support logistics and inventory improvement projects, warehouse assessments, and initiatives that enhance supply chain efficiency and controls. Partner cross-functionally to manage project requirements, milestones, and deliverables, resolving operational and financial issues with minimal supervision. What you'll bring
