full-time Join a leading manufacturing organization as an Inventory Controls Analyst and play a key role in ensuring inventory accuracy, strengthening financial controls, and supporting operational excellence. This position will work closely with plant operations, finance, accounting, and supply chain teams to investigate inventory discrepancies, perform reconciliations, support audits, and drive inventory process improvements. Responsibilities Analyze inventory activity and investigate inventory variances and discrepancies Perform inventory reconciliations, account tie-outs, and reporting Research and resolve SAP inventory issues including negative inventory, COGI errors, and IDoc exceptions Support SOX controls, audit requirements, and inventory compliance activities Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory processes Identify inventory trends and recommend process improvements Partner with cross-functional teams to improve inventory accuracy and control procedures Required Qualifications 3+ years of inventory accounting, inventory analysis, or inventory control experience Manufacturing environment experience Hands-on SAP inventory management experience Experience investigating inventory discrepancies and variances Knowledge of cycle counts and physical inventory processes SOX controls, audit, or internal controls experience Strong inventory reconciliation experience Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data validation, and data analysis. Preferred Qualifications SAP S/4 experience Experience with COGI errors, IDocs, and inventory exceptions Power Query experience BlackLine experience Multi-site manufacturing inventory control experience
