About the Role As an Inventory Replenishment Analyst at Zekelman Industries, you will play a key role in supporting and executing the Automated Inventory Management (AIM) programs for our Electrical and Pipe Division. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to partner with customers, sales teams, and IT to deliver a differentiated value proposition. You will directly contribute to business growth by ensuring AIM programs run smoothly, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving customer onboarding initiatives. You will collaborate with sales representatives, IT, and customers to maintain inventory integrity, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality service delivery. This is an on-site role located in Rochelle, IL. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has a strong customer service mindset. What You'll Do Manages forecast changes, recommends adjustments, and investigates root causes of variances. Monitors inventory performance to prevent stockouts, surplus, or slow-moving items, taking corrective action as needed. Facilitates program changes requested by business or customers while ensuring AIM program integrity. Oversees daily AIM processes, leads internal training sessions, and drives program phases. Establishes and documents standard processes to assess the health of AIM programs. Performs replenishment functions using customer inventory data to maintain accuracy. Develops and executes AIM performance reporting for internal teams and customers. Coordinates onboarding, testing, and validation of new AIM/EDI programs. Serves as primary liaison between business and IT on AIM-related issues. Collaborates with Sales and Inside Sales teams to align AIM service priorities with customer needs. Leads and promotes healthy and safe work practices in alignment with company policies. Performs other duties as assigned. Who You Are Bachelor's degree required. Some experience in supply chain management. Knowledge of SAP preferred. Proficient in MS Office programs. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent customer service skills. Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities.
