This role will research and analyze discrepancies in inventory and sales data while ensuring accurate and timely supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities Enter forecasted orders, purchase orders, and order adjustments accurately and on time. Determine pallet weights and truck capacities. Maintain accurate records, including: Variance reports (ordered vs. received) Forecast vs. sales reports Inventory vs. target inventory reports Verify supplier order confirmations and delivery dates. Track and trace inbound shipments to ensure appointment schedules are met. Maintain supplier portals and troubleshoot system-related issues. Update all supply chain applications with accurate information, including anomalies and item details. Coordinate with Operations to ensure inventory accuracy. Research and analyze inventory and sales discrepancies. Generate reports to support supply chain planning and operations. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or GED. Minimum 2+ years of experience in a data entry or related analytical role. Strong proficiency in Excel, including:
VLOOKUP XLOOKUP
Data analysis and reporting Ability to work independently. Strong business math skills. Experience analyzing large datasets accurately and efficiently. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage large inventories and numerous SKUs. Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines. Must successfully pass a post-offer background check and drug screening. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Demand Planning. Experience with planning systems such as: Blue Yonder SAP Similar Supply Chain Planning tools Experience within the Food, Beverage, or Beer industry.
