JobsRUs.com is seeking to hire multiple Supply Chain Analysts for our client in Rosemont! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $35.00/
Hour Shift:
10:00 am - 6:00 pm Onsite - not remote.

Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years working in the Supply Chain or Demand Planning field Understanding of planning system ( Blue Yonder, SAP, or similar). Understanding of and experience in the food or beverage/beer industry. Worked with suppliers/vendors A PLUS Some level of
DEMAND PLANNING

PLUS Position Summary:
Responsible for supply portal ordering, manual order entry, order tracking, appointment follow-up, and writing reports. Will research and analyze discrepancies in the inventory and sales data Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to: Enter forecasted orders, Purchase Orders and any adjustments accurately and on time. Determine pallet weight and truck capacity Maintain accurate records including up-to-date variance reports of items ordered verses items received, forecasted verses sales and ending inventory levels verses targeted. Verify Supplier Order confirmation and delivery dates. Track and Trace inbound orders in a timely and efficient manner to ensure appointment times are being met and trucks are being received. Maintain Supplier Portals including trouble shooting any challenges with the system. Utilize all computer applications effectively and ensure timely updates to all applications with vital information: anomalies, item numbers etc. Work with Operations to ensure that accurate inventory levels are recorded.
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree or GED with 2+ years working in data entry field. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Excel experience with ability to utilize formulas such as v-lookups, x-lookups. Must be able to work independently. Must be able to perform business mathematical tasks. Ability to analyze large pools of data accurately and efficiently. Superior organizational skills and ability to handle vast amounts of inventory and SKUs. Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage firm deadlines. This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test.
