2989949547-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Hoerbiger is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to optimize planning and material flows for its advanced manufacturing operations. In this role, you will analyze demand, inventory, and production data to improve service levels, reduce costs, and support on-time delivery. You'll collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams, maintain accurate data in ERP systems, and build reports and KPIs. Responsibilities Analyze demand, inventory, and production data to optimize supply chain performance for manufacturing operations Develop and maintain supply, capacity, and inventory plans to meet customer requirements and minimize stockouts Monitor supplier performance, lead times, and logistics metrics; recommend improvements and risk mitigation actions Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams on material availability and schedule adherence Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs using ERP/analytics tools for management visibility Support S&OP processes with data-driven forecasts and scenario analysis Identify process bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives in planning and materials flow Ensure data accuracy in ERP and planning systems and support system enhancements or integrations Required Skills Supply chain analysis Demand planning Inventory management ERP systems (e.g., SAP/Oracle) Advanced Excel and data analysis Forecasting and S&OP support SQL or BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) Manufacturing operations knowledge Supplier performance management Process improvement/Lean
