This role:
The Supply Chain Supply Analyst is responsible for supporting supply chain operations across all buildings with a primary focus on supply readiness, inventory reporting, KPI reporting, item creation, and ERP data accuracy. This position serves as a key link between Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Warehouse, Procurement, Technical Services, and the Business Management Team to help ensure materials, items, data, and operational inputs are aligned to support overall commitments to the client. The Supply Chain Supply Analyst monitors, prepares, and communicates key supply chain reports and identifies constraints or risks impacting supply readiness. This position reports to the Supply Chain Manager.
The responsibilities:
Support supply chain operations across all buildings with emphasis on supply readiness, inventory, KPI reporting, item creation, and appropriate follow-up with the necessary teams. Review upcoming supply needs to confirm material reservations, item setup, supply chain data, and operational requirements are ready to support production and client commitments. Create, maintain, and validate item-related setup, planning data, and ERP fields needed to support production, inventory control, and cross-building operations. Prepare, analyze, and distribute inventory reports, KPI dashboards, supply readiness updates, and operational performance summaries for Supply Chain and building leadership. Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Warehouse, Procurement, and Technical Services to resolve issues impacting supply readiness, material availability, inventory accuracy, and operational execution. Develop, maintain, and improve supply chain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support consistent processes, operational alignment, and execution of client commitments across all buildings. Communicate supply readiness status, inventory concerns, KPI trends, supply chain priorities, and support needs through daily, weekly, and monthly cross-functional meetings. Monitor and report supply chain KPIs, including OTD (On Time Delivery), plan versus actual performance, and schedule adherence. Support S&OP and supply chain review processes. Maintain planning parameters, item master data, routings, production rates, and other ERP master data needed to support supply readiness and accurate inventory reporting. Open, maintain, update, and troubleshoot sales orders, production orders, inventory balancing activities, and related ERP transactions to support supply readiness, operational execution, and client commitments.
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required. Minimum 3-5 years professional experience required; contract manufacturing experience a plus. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to use enterprise software.
Physical / safety requirements:
Duties may require overtime work, including nights and weekends. Position requires sitting for long hours but may involve walking or standing for periods of time. Use of hands and fingers to manipulate office equipment is required.
