Act as the main point of contact (Key User/Q User) between the business area and the IT team, translating business needs into system requirements and validating solutions. Support to the current legacy systems Perform system configuration, parameterization, testing, and troubleshooting within SAP MM, ensuring data integrity and process compliance. Support the integration of SAP MM with other modules (e.g., SAP
SD, FI, WM/EWM
) and with Supply Chain systems. Participate actively in the implementation of the new SAP ecosystem, including requirements gathering, testing (unit, integration, and user acceptance testing), documentation, and training. Support the transition and migration of Supply Chain and Purchasing systems over the coming years, ensuring business continuity during system changes and upgrades. Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement within the Purchasing systems landscape. Prepare and maintain technical and functional documentation (process flows, system configurations, user guides). Provide training and guidance to end users on system usage and new functionalities. Monitor system performance, identify recurring issues, and propose corrective/preventive actions. Support the transition and migration of Supply Chain and Purchasing systems over the coming years, ensuring business continuity during system changes and upgrades. Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement across the Purchasing systems landscape. Prepare and maintain technical and functional documentation, such as process flows, system configurations, and user guides. Train and guide end users on system usage and new functionalities. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. Solid knowledge of the SAP MM (Materials Management) module, including configuration and functional processes (purchasing, inventory management, invoice verification). Prior experience as a Key User/Q User or in a systems support role within Purchasing or Supply Chain areas. Experience with SAP implementation projects, system upgrades, or technology transitions is highly desirable. Understanding of integration points between SAP MM and other modules (e.g., SD, FI, WM/EWM). Ability to translate business requirements into functional/technical solutions, acting as a liaison between business and IT teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Good communication skills, with the ability to train and support end users. Experience preparing functional/technical documentation (process flows, configuration guides, user manuals). Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required SAP certification (MM module) is a plus.
