Monitor system performance, identify recurring issues, and propose corrective/preventive actions. Prior experience as a Key User/Q User or in a systems support role within Purchasing or Supply Chain areas. Experience with SAP implementation projects, system upgrades, or technology transitions is highly desirable. Understanding of integration points between SAP MM and other modules (e.g., SD, FI, WM/EWM). Ability to translate business requirements into functional/technical solutions, acting as a liaison between business and IT teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Good communication skills, with the ability to train and support end users. Experience preparing functional/technical documentation (process flows, configuration guides, user manuals). Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required SAP certification (MM module) is a plus.
