Job Description
Corteva Agriscience is seeking highly motivated students to join our North America Supply Chain Internship Program for Summer 2027. Opportunities are available for students graduating in Fall 2027 or Spring/Summer 2028 who are passionate about analytics, technology, operations, and continuous improvement. As a global agriculture leader, Corteva helps farmers feed the world through innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence. Our North America Supply Chain team ensures reliable Crop Protection product delivery across the value chain while driving continuous improvement and exceptional customer service.
About The Internship:
Based in Indianapolis, Indiana, this internship provides hands-on experience solving real business challenges within a global supply chain organization. Interns will lead meaningful projects, collaborate with Supply Chain professionals and leaders, and contribute solutions that drive business impact. Along the way, you'll gain mentorship, professional development, networking opportunities, and valuable insight into career paths at Corteva. The program culminates with an opportunity to present your project results and recommendations to Supply Chain leadership.What You'll Do:
- Analyze inventory, production, logistics, and customer service data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Assess material and information flows across global and regional supply chain networks.
- Develop data-driven recommendations to improve inventory performance, service levels, asset utilization, and operational efficiency.
- Support supply planning, inventory management, logistics, manufacturing, procurement, and distribution initiatives.
- Create dashboards, reports, and business intelligence tools that improve decision-making.
- Support digital transformation, automation, artificial intelligence (AI), and process improvement initiatives.
- Evaluate strategic trade-offs involving cost, service, working capital, risk, and supply chain resilience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Commercial, Finance, Quality, and Information Technology.
- Network, engage with, and learn from professionals across multiple roles through organized events and mentorship opportunities.
- Present findings, recommendations, and business impact to leadership teams.

What You'll Bring:
- High school diploma and currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in supply chain, Engineering, Business, Analytics, Economics, or a related field
- Anticipated graduation between Fall 2027 and Summer 2028
- Strong academic performance with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA
- A passion for solving business challenges through data, technology, operations, and continuous improvement
What Makes You Stand Out:
- GPA of 3.5 or above.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
- Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, SAP, Alteryx, AI-enabled analytics tools, or similar technologies.
- Leadership experience through student organizations, athletics, military service, work experience, research, or community involvement.
