The Supply Chain & Logistics team, located in Terre Haute, Indiana, is seeking an Associate Supply Chain Analyst. The primary purpose of this role is to work collaboratively with supply chain, operations, and other support teams to facilitate the scheduling process and meet production goals established by the Sales & Operations Plan (S&OP) in a 24x7 manufacturing environment. This position will also cover weekend scheduling duties to support continuous operations. In addition, the role provides support by analyzing complex data, identifying trends, and developing strong data visualizations. The incumbent is also responsible for assistance in managing customer orders and SAP planned orders while ensuring production center schedules align with customer due dates. Responsibilities Convert manual reporting tools into a comprehensive business intelligence environment that automates work and improves efficiency. Use functional, technical, and business expertise to continuously improve production scheduling processes and implement technology solutions that automate manual tasks. Periodically review capacity assumptions with operations leadership to ensure alignment. Create and update reports, including the monthly plant performance report and ad hoc analyses, to support supply chain and plant management needs. Assist with inventory-related activities, including daily reporting, periodic system reconciliations, finance requests, and annual physical inventory reconciliation. Submit MDM requests to the quality team to correct scheduling routings. Maintain local expertise in the flow of supply chain information across SAP, Lanats, Visual 8, and MIS systems, and resolve transaction errors to ensure system accuracy. Proactively identify supply chain process issues and help drive timely resolution. Support daily production timelines, track order flow, and update MRP system data as needed. Extract data from enterprise resource planning systems to make sound scheduling decisions. Update daily, weekly, and monthly KPI metrics and reports. Support projects and rapid improvement events as needed. Adhere to and support company quality, environmental, health & safety, and certification standards, including
ISO 9001
2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, IATF 16949:2016, and ASI Certifications, where applicable. Minimum Qualifications Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience. Strong analytical skills with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, database, business intelligence, and related tools and technologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. Demonstrated initiative and ability to build proactive, collaborative relationships with internal and external customers through follow-up and understanding their needs. Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. Ability to manipulate, cleanse, and analyze large data sets in Excel. Preferred qualifications 1-3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management Hands-on expertise with modern supply chain management tools (e.g. Quintiq, sap APO, Power BI, etc.) and/or SAP ERP. This role's salary starts from $61,500.00 $72,300.00 per year. Individual pay will vary based on qualifications, experience, and performance. In addition to base salary, this position includes participation in a short-term incentive plan. Please note that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position.
