Expected to extend beyond one year Job Summary Kelly is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Analyst I to provide administrative and operational support for a transportation team. This role will assist with shipping label creation, supplier and carrier claims, transportation-related email processes, data management, customer communication, and general office coordination. The ideal candidate has strong Microsoft Office skills—especially Excel—along with analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a high level of attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Create and manage shipping labels for inbound supplier shipments, quality returns, Premium Freight Requests, and other transportation activities. Submit, track, and document transportation carrier and supplier claims. Support transportation-related email processes and respond to internal and external customer inquiries. Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and internal team members by email and phone. Maintain accurate data in spreadsheets, databases, and other electronic systems. Use Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook to track, document, analyze, and report information. Prepare, organize, format, and proofread business documents, reports, presentations, and communications. Research issues, identify practical solutions, and direct inquiries to the appropriate resources. Participate in process improvement activities, audits, and corrective actions. Maintain confidentiality and exercise professional discretion. Perform other duties as assigned to support transportation operations. Qualifications Technical degree, bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience preferred in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field. At least two years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or an analytical role. Understanding of supply chain and transportation terminology. Experience supporting transportation, logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations preferred. Required Skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Customer-focused approach and practical problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Additional Information Some overtime may be required based on business needs. This position supports reliable transportation operations by ensuring shipping documentation, claims information, customer inquiries, and operational data are handled accurately and efficiently.
