Organizes, plans and directs all purchasing/material activities including general purchasing, subcontract management, resources, financial controls and material management. Develops and controls policies, procedures, programs, systems and assure timely and economical procurement of all material, parts, assemblies, equipment and services as well as the timely planning, control and distribution of all materials, property and customer assets required to manufacture. Supports programs, projects, products, services and off-site operations in compliance with government regulations and contractual commitments. Works closely with PPC, PMO and buying team to ensure all requirments are fulfilled. Create purchase requisitions in SAP and assign work to buyer. Understand different methods of obtaining requirements and ensure proper procedures are followed. Attends IPT meetings and status calls. Supports buyers with issues to include part resolution, pricing approval, or approval on use of substitiutions. Identifies potential delays and makes recommendations for resolution. Basic Qualifications Excel experience to include pivot tables and vlookup Detail Oriented Problem Solver Data analytics Desired Skills SAP Knowledge Understanding of WBS structures
