Job Description
What You'll Do As a Materials Coordinator/Pacer Setra Systems is looking for a reliable and organized team member to help keep materials moving throughout our manufacturing facility. In this role, you'll make sure production teams have the parts and supplies they need, when they need them, so work can stay on schedule.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Day-to-Day Responsibilities- Pick up incoming parts and materials from receiving areas.
- Deliver materials to the appropriate production and storage locations.
- Keep inventory stocked and organized for manufacturing teams.
- Use company computer systems to track inventory and update transactions.
- Receive and record incoming materials throughout the day.
- Move and store materials using manual or powered pallet jacks.
- Count inventory and help maintain accurate stock levels.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Perform routine inventory and storage area audits.
- Monitor production priorities and ensure urgent material needs are addressed quickly.
- Pull and prepare parts for manufacturing as needed.
- Support shipping and receiving activities and cross-train in those areas.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For

- Comfortable learning and using computer systems. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, inventory, logistics, or a similar environment.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to learn inventory management systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using JD Edwards (JDE) or similar inventory/ERP systems.
