The Supply Chain Analyst supports cost, sourcing, and supply chain strategy for electronics manufacturing within a regulated aerospace and defense environment. This role develops and maintains TINA-compliant costed Bills of Material (cBOMs), performs cost analysis, and provides supplier and market insights to support competitiveness, compliance, and operational performance. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain TINA-compliant costed Bills of Material (cBOMs) Perform should-cost analysis to support pricing, negotiations, and proposal efforts Analyze component pricing trends, obsolescence risks, and supply constraints Support certified cost or pricing data packages and TINA compliance Maintain documentation, traceability, and cost justification for audits Collaborate with compliance teams onFAR/DFARS
requirements Conduct supplier negotiations, benchmarking, cost driver analysis, and market intelligence for key electronic components (e.g., semiconductors, PCBAs, connectors) Evaluate supplier quotations against cost models and market data Support sourcing, dual-source, and risk mitigation initiatives Partner with engineering, program management, finance, and contracts teams to understand design-to-cost tradeoffs, track variances, and support EAC activities Develop and maintain reporting and dashboards for cost, supplier performance, and risk metrics Analyze ERP, PLM, and supply chain data Present actionable insights to stakeholders and leadership Required QualificationsUS CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related field 10+ years of experience in supply chain, cost analysis, pricing, or related functions in aerospace & defense or regulated manufacturing Strong understanding of BOM structures and electronic assemblies Experience with TINA compliance and government contract pricing Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), and data analysis tools Familiarity withFAR/DFARS
regulations Experience with should-cost modeling tools (e.g., aPriori, SEER) APICS/ASCM, Six Sigma, or similar certification Experience with PLM systems This role is full-time on-site; travel may be required. For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce- Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State
