The US Retail Demand Planning Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining the US Retail demand to support the monthly S&D cycle by analyzing sales, inventory, and production. This role serves as a key liaison between Supply Chain and various cross functional teams such as Sales, Brand, Manufacturing, and Product Planning to ensure demand signals are accurately reflected in operational and leadership decisions.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Generate and maintain retail demand forecasts (sales/production) to support the monthly S&D cycleAnalyze sales, orders, inventory, and market trends to develop recommendations for responsible vehiclesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align demand, supply, and business objectivesSupport ad hoc what-if scenario planning and executive reporting processesLeverage data analytics to improve forecast accuracy and business performance
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree5+ years of experience in supply chain management, demand and production planning, purchasing, sales and marketing, finance, or production controlAdvanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skillsStrong communication skills with the ability to develop consensus across multiple cross-functional groups
Preferred Qualifications:
