MATERIALS COORDINATOR JOB SUMMARY
TH Plastics, Inc., a custom injection molder serving the appliance and automotive industries, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual for the following position in our Mendon, Michigan Molding Division.

7:00am - 4:00pm Monday - Friday
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Associates or Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent years' experience Minimum of 2 years' experience in manufacturing environment Excellent organizational and planning skills Good verbal and written communication skills Proficient with inventory reporting systems Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with all levels of management and staff
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
(The following list does not include all duties and responsibilities) Utilizes sales forecasts for production planning and scheduling Maintains inventory levels to ensure on time deliveries to meet customer timeline Review MRP report for all materials each week and at times more often when needed. Placing purchase orders as needed per report-once placed, verifying confirmations for pricing accuracy and delivery dates Ongoing monitoring of purchase orders, constantly adjusting delivery dates according to needed requirements of inventory for on-time delivery to customer Monitoring of carious daily/monthly reports (projected negative inventory, negative inventory report, materials adjustments, regrind reports, materials report) and making necessary inventory adjustments as needed for accuracy Inventory/cycle count materials weekly to ensure correct inventory levels and accuracy of IQMS reporting. Recording daily silo readings Adjust and update pricing on PO's as suppliers send out updates to cost. Manage and follow through with any expedites when necessary for production needs. Complete all other duties, as assigned.
